Over thirty five years after production of A35's ceased, the first, and only dedicated, supplier of spares has achieved 25 years of supplying the vast majority of the needs of Austin A30 and A35 owners.

Following a move in 1990 to their purpose fitted premises, where AUTOFURBISH, the Stockport based Specialist added a unique supermarket style of shopping to their world renowned mail-order service. It has become possible to browse through the extensive display facilities, and select purchases at leisure, with proprietor Mike Hopley on hand for friendly advice, a chat, or just to provide a brew!

The product range from AUTOFURBISH has steadily increased over the years with a commitment to provide just about everything that is likely to be needed, whether it is from new and re-commissioned parts, reconditioned items, or for more obscure needs, from the vast range of used spares.

The range of spares available cover parts for Engine, Gearbox, and Transmission needs. Ignition, Cooling and Carburetter parts are widely available too. On the Brakes side, AUTOFURBISH was responsible for commissioning a special replacement pipes kit from specialist company Automec, designed to be easier to fit without first removing the engine, as is required by the normal kit. In addition, a full package of replacement Wheel cylinders is available, plus a fully corrosion-proof stainless steel Frame cylinder, and a patented replacement Master cylinder. Additionally, a range of unique upgrades is available to improve the braking of both A30 and A35 cars and vans. Suspension and Steering parts are fully provided for with road springs, king pin kits, and all other related parts. Body and Chassis corrosion can be tackled with a comprehensive range of steel repair sections, that boast the ability to cater for all normal rot spots, whilst just about anything can be replaced on the electrical front from the extensive selection available.

Trim and Chromework is another area that is well catered for with a full range of reproduction, restored, or used components, which will allow that ex-works look to be achieved for the vehicle. Finally for that finishing touch, a large range of period accessories and publications can be purchased for the benefit of the enthusiastic Austineer.
